• Go to the Catalogue tab
• In the products section on the second half of the page, click on the ‘Bulk upload’ button
• You will be asked to set up product attributes. The minimum number of attributes you must set up is one. You can set the attributes to whatever you want, so they can align with your own in-house catalogue. For example, a drinks manufacturer may use the attributes volume and flavour. Once entered, click on the Next button
• You will now be asked to set up the product attributes for one of your products. This helps to set the structure for the bulk upload. Complete all fields and click on the Next button
• Finally, you will be asked to input data for your packaging components (for example, the packaging components of a bottle would be bottle, cap/lid and label. Please note that this is not compulsory at this stage, and you can click on the skip for now button to bypass this step
• If you do want to complete this step, enter the packaging component data for the product you just entered attribute data for, and click on the Next button
• You will now be in the bulk upload tool, and you will see the data for the product you just set up. The bulk upload behaves like Microsoft Excel, so you can simply copy data from your own database or spreadsheet and paste it in. The tool will do some basic data validation and will highlight cells in red if there is an error
• Once all the data is ready with no errors present, click on the upload products button
• You will now be redirected to the Catalogue tab

Please note, the common types of plastic are as follows: (numbers = resin identification codes)

• LDPE – Low Density Polyethylene (4): used for shrink or pallet wrap, packaging, clear plastic bags, etc.
• MDPE – Medium Density Polyethylene: mainly used for piping.
• PP – Polypropylene (5): used in packaging, lids, bottle tops,
• PPMA -
• PVC -Polyvinyl Chloride (3): common use for windows.
• HDPE – High Density Polyethylene (2): used in drink containers such as milk bottles.
• PET – Polyethylene Terephthalate (1): used for liquid containers.
• Cork – used for wine.
